We offer only exchange — no return or refund. Exchange request must be made within 5 days of delivery. Exchange is allowed only once per order. To initiate an exchange, contact us with your Order ID.

📋 Conditions for Exchange

Product must be unused and in original condition.
Tags and packaging should be intact.
Invoice / Order ID is mandatory for processing the exchange.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

Used or damaged products.
Items without original tags.
Items without Invoice or Order ID.
Items already exchanged once.
